StoneHub is not a party to any sale, does not handle the sale price, provides no payment or collection service, takes no commission, and is not involved in shipping or customs. All negotiation, contracting, payment, delivery and defect liability between buyer and seller rests exclusively with those parties.
Members contact each other through channels outside the Application (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail). StoneHub is not a party to those conversations and has no knowledge of their content.
4. Membership Requirements and Account
4.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to create an account. StoneHub does not provide services to persons under 18.
4.2. The Member warrants that the information provided at registration is accurate, current and their own, and undertakes to update it without delay if it changes.
4.3. An account is personal; it may not be transferred, rented out or shared.
4.4. Keeping the password confidential is the Member's responsibility. The Member is responsible for actions taken through their account and must notify StoneHub immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.
4.5. A Corporate Member declares that it is authorised to act on behalf of the business it represents. Liability arising from unauthorised representation rests with the person who acted.
4.6. StoneHub may display a verification badge on company profiles. The badge reflects a limited check carried out by StoneHub; it is NOT a guarantee of the business's commercial reliability, financial standing or product quality.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Member
5.1. The Member shall act in accordance with applicable law, this Agreement and the rules announced in the Application.
5.2. The Member warrants that the Content it uploads is accurate, current and lawful, and that it holds the rights to use that Content. Uploading third-party photographs, catalogues or text without permission is prohibited.
5.3. The Member warrants that product photographs genuinely depict its own product and do not misrepresent it.
5.4. The Member may not crawl the Application with automated tools, extract data in bulk (scraping), transfer it to another database, or copy and republish it.
5.5. The Member may not interfere with the operation of the Application, place a disproportionate load on its systems, attempt to circumvent security measures, or reverse engineer it.
5.6. The Member shall use other Members' contact details solely for commercial enquiry. Using them for bulk marketing, spam, list selling or any other purpose is prohibited.
5.7. The Member accepts civil and criminal liability for its own actions in the Application.
6. Rights and Obligations of StoneHub
6.1. StoneHub undertakes to establish the technical infrastructure required to provide the Services and to use reasonable efforts. This is not a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
6.2. StoneHub is not obliged to verify the accuracy of Content uploaded by Members and cannot be held liable for damage arising from it. StoneHub reserves the right to remove Content reported or found to be unlawful.
6.3. StoneHub may change the scope, features and fees of the Services, add new services or discontinue existing ones. Changes to paid services do not affect rights already purchased and still running.
6.4. StoneHub may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates or security reasons.
6.5. StoneHub may be obliged to share Member information with competent public authorities where required by law.
7. Rules for Product Listings
7.1. Only natural stone and products made of natural stone (blocks, slabs, handcraft items) may be published.
7.2. The following are prohibited:
- Products that do not exist, have already been sold, or are out of stock
- Images that misrepresent the product, belong to another product, or are used without permission
- False origin, type, dimension, stock or price information
- Advertising, referral links or disparagement of competitors hidden in product descriptions
- Stone whose sale, export or extraction is prohibited by law; products from unlicensed quarries
- Items qualifying as cultural or natural heritage
- Content infringing third-party trademark, design or copyright
7.3. StoneHub may remove Content breaching these rules without prior notice.
7.4. Product and company information is published so that it appears in the Application's search and map features. The Member uploads contact details knowing that other Users can see them.
8. Rules for Buying Requests
8.1. Any Member — individual or corporate — may post a buying request free of charge. No paid plan is required and there is no limit on the number of requests.
8.2. Only Premium Members can view open buying requests. Every Member can always see and manage their own requests, whatever their plan.
8.3. A Member publishes the phone number and e-mail in a request knowing that Premium Members can see them and will use them to make contact.
8.4. A request must reflect a genuine and current intention to buy. The following are prohibited:
- Requests posted with no real intention to buy, merely to learn prices or gather competitor information
- Requests posted on behalf of someone else without authority
- Requests for anything other than natural stone and products made of natural stone
- Advertising, referral links or job postings hidden in the request text
8.5. Requests close automatically 60 days after publication. A Member may also close, reopen or delete a request at any time.
8.6. A Premium Member shall use contact details learned through the request list solely to reply to that request. Using them for bulk marketing, list building or transfer to third parties is prohibited and is grounds for suspension or closure of the account.
8.7. StoneHub is not a party to the conversation between the person who posted a request and any supplier, and does not guarantee the genuineness of the request, the capability of either party, or any agreement reached.
9. Content Policy, Reporting and Blocking
9.1. StoneHub has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
9.2. Any User may report a company profile or product they consider inappropriate using the "Report" function in the Application.
9.3. StoneHub reviews reports within 24 hours at the latest, removes Content found to be in breach and, where necessary, suspends or closes the account of the Member concerned.
9.4. Any User may block any company. Products of a blocked company do not appear in the showcase, search or map screens of the User who blocked it.
9.5. Abuse of the reporting mechanism (unfairly reporting a competitor, mass reporting) is likewise a breach of this Agreement.
10. Paid Services, Subscription and Payment
10.1. Individual membership and all buyer-side features are free. Paid services are directed only at Corporate Members.
10.2. On the free (Basic) plan a Corporate Member may publish one product.
10.3. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased monthly or annually. It allows an unlimited number of products, grants 3 showcase uses per calendar month, and gives access to the buying requests posted by other Members.
10.4. How a showcase use works: when a product is placed in the showcase it stays there for 1 week and one use for that month is consumed. Removing the product before the week ends does not restore the consumed use; however, the same product may be placed back in the showcase at no extra charge for the remainder of that same week. Unused rights do not carry over to the following month.
10.5. Additional rights: a Corporate Member who has run out of showcase uses, or who is on the Basic plan, may purchase additional showcase credits. On the Basic plan, a one-off product right is purchased for each product beyond the first; that right does not expire.
10.6. Current prices are shown in the Application and in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may change; a change takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
10.7. All payments are made through the Apple App Store using Apple's in-app purchase infrastructure. StoneHub does not see, process or store your card details.
10.8. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The charge is taken from your Apple account within 24 hours of the renewal date.
10.9. You may cancel at any time in your Apple account's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep Premium features until then.
10.10. One-off purchases such as showcase credits and product rights are credited to your account immediately and are therefore treated as consumed and non-refundable.
10.11. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund procedure and are decided by Apple. StoneHub has no authority over refund decisions.
10.12. If an account is closed for breach of this Agreement, no refund is made for the remaining subscription period or unused rights.
11. Campaigns and Promotions
11.1. StoneHub may from time to time run discounts, gift periods, free trials or similar campaigns. Running a campaign is at StoneHub's discretion and gives the Member no right to demand one.
11.2. The conditions, duration, any quota and eligibility of each campaign are stated in its announcement. Those stated conditions form an integral part of this Agreement.
11.3. Campaigns may be announced inside the Application or through StoneHub's social media accounts, e-mail or other channels. This article applies whatever the channel of announcement.
11.4. StoneHub may end a campaign early, change its conditions, or close it once a quota is filled. Ending a campaign does not affect benefits already earned and taken up.
11.5. Unless expressly stated otherwise, campaigns cannot be combined and a Member may benefit from the same campaign only once.
11.6. Where multiple accounts are opened in order to benefit from a campaign, false statements are made, or a campaign is used contrary to its purpose, StoneHub may cancel the benefit and suspend or close the account.
11.7. Benefits granted under a campaign cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded.
11.8. Campaigns involving a reduction in the subscription price are applied through the Apple App Store's promotional and introductory offer mechanisms and are subject to Apple's rules on those.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. The name, logo, interface design, software and database of the Application belong to StoneHub and are protected under applicable intellectual property legislation.
12.2. Content uploaded by the Member remains the Member's property. By uploading Content the Member grants StoneHub a limited, royalty-free, worldwide and transferable licence to use it for the purpose of providing the Services and displaying the Content in the Application and in promotional channels. This licence ends when the Content is taken down.
12.3. The Member is solely liable for claims arising where its Content infringes third-party rights and shall hold StoneHub harmless from such claims.
13. Protection of Personal Data
The purposes for which your personal data is processed, the recipients, retention periods and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
14. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion
14.1. The Member may close their account at any time using the "Delete my account" function in the Application. On deletion, the company profile, products and uploaded images are taken down.
14.2. Deletion is irreversible. Records that must be retained by law continue to be held for the applicable retention period (see the Privacy Policy).
14.3. StoneHub may suspend or close an account, with a warning or — in cases of serious breach — directly, where this Agreement, the Application rules or the law are breached.
14.4. Serious breaches include: publishing fake listings, using another person's content or identity, attacking system security, extracting data in bulk, and harassing or insulting other Members.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. StoneHub is not liable for the sale relationship between Members, product defects, non-delivery, payment disputes, or damage Members cause to each other.
15.2. StoneHub does not guarantee the accuracy of quarry or facility locations, dimensions, stock or price information declared by Members.
15.3. To the extent liability may lawfully be limited, StoneHub's liability arising from its own fault is limited to the total amount paid to StoneHub by the Member concerned in the 12 months preceding the damage. This limit does not apply in cases of StoneHub's intent or gross negligence.
15.4. Map imagery and directions shown in the Application are supplied by the device's map service; their accuracy is outside StoneHub's control.
16. Amendments
StoneHub may amend this Agreement. Amendments take effect when published in the Application. Material changes to the Member's detriment are announced by in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. A Member who does not accept a change may close their account; continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Force Majeure
Natural disaster, war, mobilisation, epidemic, cyber attack, general failures of electricity and internet infrastructure, outages originating from the hosting provider or the app store, and similar events beyond the parties' control constitute force majeure. Obligations are suspended for its duration; if it exceeds 30 days either party may terminate.
18. Notices and Evidence
18.1. Notices are sent to the e-mail address registered on the Member's account or given as an in-app notification. If the Member does not keep their e-mail address current, notice to the address on file is deemed valid.
18.2. The parties agree that StoneHub's server and database records and its system and transaction logs shall constitute conclusive evidence in disputes arising from this Agreement, pursuant to Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. This does not override mandatory provisions in favour of consumers where the Member is a consumer.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
19.1. This Agreement is governed by Turkish law.
19.2. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
19.3. Where the Member is a consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts also have jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law; that right is reserved.
19.4. For Members resident outside Türkiye, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence are reserved.
20. Entry into Force
This Agreement consists of 20 articles and enters into force for an indefinite term upon the Member's electronic acceptance. Effective date: 5 October 2026.
